@Sekter I guess the only way of adding Saitama to the Marvel universe is by changing nothing about his character, but that way it really wouldn't be Marvel adding Saitama in, it'd be Marvel CTRL C + CTRL V'ing him into the soup.

I think it depends. if the one shot man was in the marvel universe (as a movie): it would be really short funny, but could lose a lot of bite.
in general, all other heroes would automatically be just a laughing stock
